In an attempt to become a more sustainable brand, all items are made to order. Please allow 1-3 business days for your item to be printed and packaged before it is shipped.

L o s t / S t o l e n P a c k a g e s
First, try locating your package via tracking number in your confirmation email. If your package has been "stuck" in the same spot for a few days, it could just be a courier delay, especially during holiday seasons.
However, please contact us immediately if your package has not arrived within 2 days after your tracking has stated that the package had been "delivered".
If Route Package Protection was purchased at time of checkout, all lost/stolen/damaged packages are covered and will be replaced immediately at no charge. Please submit a claim with route via their website/app/the Shop App

All discount codes must be used at time of purchase. There will be no refunds/adjustments made if failed to do so. Codes do not expire and can be used on future purchases. Only one discount may be used per order.

Once an order has been processed through the system it can not be adjusted or cancelled. No exceptions.
